To provide you with the full range of our services and features, we and our service providers use your data (which may include your name, email address, and IP address) for the following purposes:
When you create an online customer account, we use your information to manage your account, provide access to your shopping cart, display purchased, reserved, and registered products, and to present you with other products that may be of interest to you, to verify your identity if you forget your password, and to process your product reviews.

When you schedule a Virtual Shopping appointment with us, we'll collect your name, phone number, email address, and shopping preferences in order to provide you with a remote shopping experience. Additionally, you can leave a shipping address to facilitate the purchasing process.
When you participate in loyalty programs, recommend our products to others, redeem a gift card, or when we offer you discounts and bonuses, we use this information in conjunction with purchase-related information to determine your eligibility for additional discounts and special offers.
When you share any images/materials with us for possible publication on social media.
When you enter a sweepstakes, contest/competition, or promotion sponsored by us, you are providing us with information necessary to administer and promote the sweepstakes, contest/competition, or promotion.
When you return or exchange a product, or when you send us a product for warranty or repair service, we use your information to process the request and any subsequent communication.
