Shipping policy
Baltany Watch Store provides complimentary shipping to the majority of countries on orders over $200 USD.
Please take note of the EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION(S). When the express shipping option is selected, we will ship your order via an express shipping method (DHL / FEDEX / TNT, depending on availability and coverage).
Your item will be processed for shipment within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking code will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Expect a delivery time of 3-8 business days for DHL/Fedex/TNT express shipments and 7-15 business days for registered airmail shipments. Our shop will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or if shipments are delayed (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload etc.).
Shipping price may change due to sale prmotions. The exact shipping fee is subject to the shipping fee displayed when checking out.
FEES, TAXES, DUTIES, AND CUSTOMS
- The website's prices are displayed in US Dollars. (Not including any import duties, customs fees, or VAT charges, for example.)
- Import duties, VAT taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, extra local carrier charges, and other charges may be imposed by the recipient's local government or agents in some countries. Because the money goes to the recipient's development and welfare programs, any such charges must be covered by the recipient.
- We are unable to provide an estimate for duties and taxes because they vary by country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office / agents for more information.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: For packages that are refused due to any duties or taxes at the recipient's end, shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded.
